We are introducing our largest gathering space, Onyx Ballroom. Offering a spacious 6,000 square feet of space for up to 600 people, this event venue is host to a range of events including weddings, corporate events, premier parties, and more. With floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Lady Bird Lake and Congress Bridge, an abundance of natural light fills the room, making any gathering a sophisticated and beautiful affair. This expansive space can also be divided into four individual rooms to provide the ultimate flexibility for both large and small events.

Our studio spaces are designed for interactive and thought-provoking sessions for 20 team members or less. Flexibly laid out to transform with the many needs of your meeting, every space is thoughtfully designed to adapt to your unique gathering vision.

Our three-bay studio, Travertine Studio-Garnet Screening Room-Quartz Kitchen, includes spaces for both conference room-style and residential-style seating, as well as a kitchen for convenient cooking or dining.

Need something with a more residential feel? The Jasper Living Room offers the best of both worlds with a relaxed yet refined layout and an additional conference table for workstations.

Likewise, the Mica & & Opal Studios feature large conference-style tables with built-in TVs made for presentations.

Can my meeting or conference space be held prior to or following the actual event date(s)?

Yes, we’d be happy to hold the space so you can prepare for your event.

Is there high-speed internet or Wi-Fi at the hotel?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available.

How will my event technology be ordered?

Event technology is handled by our in-house AV provider, INSPIRE. However, groups do have the option to bring in their own AV company if they choose.

Is there office space that can be rented for the duration of the meeting or conference?

Yes, we have plenty of office space, convenient for your conference meeting needs.

How do I handle sending packages and meeting materials in advance to the hotel?

Shipping instructions and policies are outlined in our event agreements.

Does your hotel offer currency exchange?

No, we do not offer currency exchange.

Does the hotel offer smoking/non-smoking areas?

No

Does the hotel offer a shuttle to local Austin attractions?

No, we do not have a shuttle.

Does the hotel offer event parking?

Yes, we offer overnight valet for $54 and event-day parking for $15.

Is there transportation to/from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport?

No, we do not offer airport transportation but are happy to recommend other modes of transportation to the airport.

How close is the hotel to attractions, parks, and shopping?

We are proudly located in the heart of downtown Austin with direct walking access to the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail, 6th Street, ACL LIVE at The Moody Theater, the Texas State Capitol, UT Austin, South Congress, Zilker Park, The Contemporary Austin, Paramount Theater, and the Palmer Events Center.

Is there a fee to use the fitness center?

No, hotel guests are welcome to use the fitness center free of charge.

What is needed to secure my meeting or conference space? How many meeting rooms are there?

A signed contract, completed credit card authorization form, and initial deposit are required.

How many meeting rooms are there?

We have nine meeting rooms available for rent.

What size meeting rooms are available?

Our largest ballroom is 6,000 sq. ft., meanwhile, our junior ballroom is 3,500 sq. ft. We also have multiple breakout and flexible event spaces.

What is the meeting room capacity?

Our largest ballroom can accommodate up to 600 guests, reception-style.

How many meeting rooms do I need?

Meeting room needs vary by client and event. We’re happy to help make recommendations to make your event planning process easier.

Can we put a room on hold until we make a decision?

Guest rooms and event space are not held without a signed agreement, a completed credit card authorization form, and an initial deposit.

Who will be the contact from the hotel on the day of our corporate event?

The LINE Austin’s conference service manager and banquet managers.

What alternative meals do you provide for people with allergies or vegetarians?

Our team will provide options to accommodate all allergy and or dietary restrictions.

Do you allow outside catering on the premises?

No, we do not allow outside catering, but we have a stellar in-house catering team that can be added to your event services.

Where can corporate attendees stay during an event?

Discounted rates for room blocks are available.

What amenities are onsite for attendees?

Guests are able to enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled rainwater with onsite filling stations, the pool, fitness center, weekly and monthly event programming, and on-site restaurants Arlo Grey, P6, Cantero Bar, Veracruz, and Alfred Coffee.

Is there a discounted Corporate Room Rate?

Yes, we are happy to offer discounted rates for room blocks.

What are the parking arrangements?

Overnight and event parking is available.

Do you have a business services area?

No, we do not.

Do you offer team building or other activities?

We work with local partners to offer special event programming. Our team would be happy to provide their contact information.

Are there special discounts for non-profit organizations?

Group discounts and event pricing vary by seasonality.

How do I find out the name and location of the meeting room when on-site?

Our event team will provide instructions prior to the event along with directional signage.
