Celebrate this Thanksgiving with family and friends at Openaire. The special three-course prix-fixe menu crafted by Two Michelin-starred Chef Josiah Citrin and Executive Chef Vinson Ching offers a traditional turkey dinner along with local favorites and seasonal fall dishes. The extensive menu features dishes like a Fall Lettuce Salad with pickled pears and candied walnuts, Pumpkin Soup with crème fraiche and mint, and Scallop Crudo with yuzu vinaigrette. Choose from Herb-Roasted Turkey with mushroom apple stuffing, Prime Rib with horseradish cream, or Slow-Roasted King Salmon with curried carrot sauce. Sides and desserts, like spiced pumpkin pie, are served family-style.
Join us on Thursday, November 28th, between 5:30pm and 10:00pm. The dinner is $95 per person and $45 for children 10 and under.
