Celebrate Filipino American Heritage Month with a soulful twist at the LINE LA as we kick off our Chef Dinner Series with SoulPhil, a Filipino-Soul Food fusion pop-up by Chef Tiana Gee and Chef Vinson Ching from Openaire, in partnership with KACE Tea. Chef Tiana, a Filipina and Black Los Angeles native, brings her heritage to life through SoulPhil, weaving together nostalgic flavors from her childhood with a soulful edge. This four-course dinner, paired with KACE Tea-infused cocktails, is an ode to culinary creativity and cultural celebration. KACE, a Taiwanese-Filipino fruit tea brand inspired by founder Ashley Yao’s memories of Taiwan, adds a unique touch to each course.
