Two Michelin-starred Chef Josiah Citrin and Executive Chef Vinson Ching have designed a culinary experience that begins with appetizers like beet salad with crispy goat cheese or butternut squash agnolotti. Entree highlights include slow-roasted prime rib with smoked soy jus or striped bass with scallops and crab in a tomato and caramelized fennel broth. Sides, including whipped potatoes and cider-glazed winter vegetables, are served family-style, while desserts like chocolate bûche de Noël provide the perfect finish.
