Hammett Room

The Hammett Room inspires creation, investigation, and storytelling. After all, it takes its name from Dashiell Hammett, the famed San Francisco novelist who worked at the Tenderloin’s Pinkerton Detective Agency and whose cases inspired The Maltese Falcon, The Thin Man, and Red Harvest. The space can accommodate small meetings of up to 50 people or receptions of up to 120 people in its 2,000-square-foot hospitality suite and 1000-square-foot patio.

Rise Over Run

Gaze out over sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline at Rise Over Run, a full-service rooftop bar and restaurant solarium located on the top floor of the hotel. Host the team for happy hour with cocktails and towered canapes around a firepit, or take over the lush rooftop space for a large gathering of friends and family.

Dark Bar

Dark Bar is a cocktail bar celebrating the rich Asian culture and history in San Francisco. The spirit list is comprised of Asian and Southeast Asian selections, a tableside highball cart, and a cocktail menu showcasing fresh seasonal elements accompanied by preserved and fermented ingredients. It will take you on a journey through the present, preservation of the past, and transformation.

Tenderheart

A flowing, indoor-outdoor space on bustling Market Street, Tenderheart lives between the lively pulse of the city and the grit of historic downtown San Francisco. Located on our lobby level, it offers 1,100 sq. ft. of indoor space that can host up to 70 guests and an opportunity to dine al fresco in our courtyard.

The Penthouse

Step into a world of refined opulence as you enter the expansive living area, adorned with contemporary decor and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the suite in natural light. The 1,500-square-foot open-plan design seamlessly connects the living, dining, and entertainment areas, creating an inviting space perfect for hosting private dinners, intimate gatherings, and celebrations.

THE DEAL
Book an event with an actualized amount, and pick your perk(s):
• Spend $10,000-$25,000: Get one perk
• Spend $25,001 – $50,000: Get two perks
• Spend $50,001 – $100,000: Get three perks
• Spend $100,001+: Get four perks

 

Groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract by December 31, 2024, and consumed by June 30, 2025. Based upon availability. Some terms and conditions apply.
