The Hibernia features a stunning ballroom that can accommodate up to 800 seated guests, perfect for large wedding ceremonies and receptions. While your big day unfolds at this extraordinary venue, your guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in one of our 236 rooms. Together, we ensure your wedding is both spectacular and seamless, with every detail taken care of from ceremony to accommodation.

Hammett Room

The Hammett Room inspires creation, investigation, and storytelling. After all, it takes its name from Dashiell Hammett, the famed San Francisco novelist who worked at the Tenderloin’s Pinkerton Detective Agency and whose cases inspired The Maltese Falcon, The Thin Man, and Red Harvest. The space can accommodate small get-togethers of up to 50 people or receptions of up to 120 people in its 2,000-square-foot hospitality suite and 1,000-square-foot patio.

Rise Over Run

Gaze out over sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline at Rise Over Run, a full-service rooftop bar and restaurant solarium located on the top floor of the hotel. A flowing, indoor-outdoor space on bustling Market Street, Tenderheart lives between the lively pulse of the city and the grit of historic downtown San Francisco. Located on our lobby level, it offers 1,100 sq. ft. of indoor space that can host up to 70 guests and an opportunity to dine al fresco in our courtyard.
