Each session offers a unique blend of intentional practices designed to rejuvenate your mind and body. The series will vary from offering relaxing sound baths, restorative breathwork, and yoga to meditation and visualization practices.
National Women’s Health & Fitness Day will kick off the series on September 25th. This experience will offer a calming evening featuring a one-hour sound bath and meditation, guided by Sonali Krish of Black Swan Yoga. Access to the event is complimentary for hotel guests. Limited tickets are available at $15 for non-hotel guests with complimentary valet services provided.
Please try to arrive early. Doors open at 6:30 PM and will be closed at 7 PM for the duration of the event (7-8 PM) to help keep the session quiet and calming for all attendees.
Yoga mats are provided but we do suggest bringing your own blanket and pillow. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
