For the first course, choose between crudos featuring oyster, shrimp, scallop, and caviar or a shaved carrot salad with golden raisins, shallot vinaigrette, and almonds. The second course offers three options: hanger steak with black winter truffle, olive oil-crushed potatoes, shallot confit, and rosemary jus; crispy duck confit à l’orange with blood orange wheels, white beans, and spinach; or mafalde pomodoro with tomatoes, olive oil, and chives. Conclude the meal with the New Year’s toast, a prosecco cake with strawberry mousse.
