Join us on the rooftop every Sunday evening for a restorative yoga class to wind down from your weekend. This one-hour class is guided by Lydia Franklin, who will guide you through a short, grounding breath practice followed by a gentle and relaxing restorative flow. Open to all levels. Mats will be provided.
Lydia Franklin (she/her) approaches yoga as a tool to find mental peace and clarity, cultivate a connection between the mind and body, and foster a sense of community. In her classes, Lydia provides intentional and accessible yoga sequences for all levels to help students increase flexibility, relax the body, and quiet the mind. Although her classes provide a full body stretch, she focuses on hip openers, heart openers, and spinal movement. Lydia hopes her students leave class feeling restored, open, and at peace.
